Taking this action will prevent you from moving forward to view any of the other screens and/or editing any information on those screens. Any information you previously entered into any of the screens will automatically be aged off the platform in 30 calendar days from the date you take this action.

You understand and agree you must provide us with and maintain a valid e-mail address so you can log into the platform and so we can electronically communicate with you about your use of it. If you ever need to update your e-mail address or any other contact information associated with your use of the online loan application platform then you may use any of the Contact Us options described above for assistance on how to do so.

A copy of these provisions will be available for you to view and/or print for your records whenever you login again by navigating to the Loan Request screen and scrolling down to the bottom of the screen.
