Merchant Research

Merchant Research is a web-based tool that enables you or another authorized individual (e.g., an accountant or employee) to view and print historical account transactions and statement data. Based on the longevity of your F&M business deposit account, you will be able to access up to seven previous years of account data.

Accessing Merchant Research gives you the ability to view the front and back of any check, deposit slip and additional items that make up an F&M deposit. You can use standard Adobe Acrobat software to preview data before printing and to create and save PDF files.

Direct Connect

We are excited to now offer Direct Connect for QuickBooks®, which gives you the power to manage your business more effectively by syncing account information directly. Direct Connect is faster, more accurate, and more reliable when trying to sync your business financials.

Connecting your small business to F&M Bank Direct Connect will allow you to easily import transactions for debit cards, credit cards, wire transfers, and more to manage your cash flow in record time. No manual data entry - Once you're set up, you can download all your transactions right into QuickBooks - instead of typing them in by hand. Automatically reconcile data - Direct Connect data includes complete transaction and balance information to make categorization and account reconciliation easy. No duplicate transactions - Direct Connect incorporates a special transaction-matching algorithm that prevents the download of duplicate transactions. Transfer funds - Direct Connect lets you transfer funds between your F&M Bank accounts right from Intuit QuickBooks. Easier to use - Direct Connect files may be automatically opened from within QuickBooks, which eliminates the need for you to search for files that have been downloaded.
